First observation
The Charente is a very beautiful and unique region in France
where everthing necessary for the elaboration of Cognac
is made on the spot from the grape harvesting machines to the corks, including of course the cooperage.
All the richness of a unique universe to discover.
Second observation
In 2021, there was no generalist tasting club
to taste Cognac, Pineaux
and other spirits from the region.
Filling the gaps
THE SPIRITS COGNAC CLUB
was created by enthusiasts to fill these gaps in the form of tasting evenings organized at the rate of one Wednesday per month, welcoming each time
a different Cognac or Spirits House.
Each evening will also address a theme from the world of Cognac and Charentais Spirits such as history, grape varieties, vinification, distillation, aging, cooperage, packaging ...
These evenings are by invitation only.
