Owned by the same family since 1775, the SCEA SABOURAT estate is managed today by Jean-Claude SAUNIER and Isabelle REYNAUD. SCEA owns 29 ha of vines on the limestone hillsides of the commune of Segonzac, capital of Grande Champagne. Everything is carried out on the farm: the cultivation of the vines, the production of the wines, the distillation and aging of the eaux-de-vie alternating between wet and then dry cellars. Demanding on the quality of work, rigorous in the development of products, concerned with the protection of the environment and attentive to the desires of customers, Jean-Claude SAUNIER offers us quality cognacs in accordance with his vision of the profession.
