The estate, purchased by Honoré in 1894, is located in Julliac le Coq in the heart of the golden triangle of Cognac. Jean, his grandson, launched the cognac business which bears his name. Christophe FILLIOUX, the 5th generation, now runs the operation well surrounded by his father Pascal, known as "the magician of aromas", his mother Monique, a musician and writer, and his wife Virginie, an oenologist. Five generations who have devoted and are devoting their lives to Cognac, with talent, love and passion, to offer exceptional eaux-de-vie to an international clientele.
