Located in Burie in the heart of the Borderies, the estate has 35 ha in Borderies but also 20 ha in Fins Bois. Fanny, who represents the fourth generation, launched her brand in 2013, a brand which has since gained its reputation. Complete control of the production cycle: vineyard management, vinification, distillation, aging and marketing, allows Fanny to produce cognacs oriented towards revealing the terroirs of the appellation with unique vintages, without blending and without additions, a reduction eaux-de-vie with small eaux-de-vie which gives flexibility to the cognac. Cognacs from winegrowers, natural, grape-based and very lightly wooded.
