
Tasting Club of Cognac and Charentais Spirits

Located in Burie, in the heart of the Borderies, the estate owns 30 hectares in Borderies and also 20 hectares in Fins Bois. Fanny, who represents the fourth generation, launched her brand in 2013, a brand that has since won its recognition. A complete control of the production cycle: vineyard management, vinification, distillation, ageing and marketing, allows Fanny to produce cognacs oriented towards the revelation of the terroirs of the appellation with unique vintages, without blending and without additions. A reduction of the eaux-de-vie with small waters allows to give flexibility to the cognac. Cognacs made by winegrowers, natural, based on the grape and with very little wood.
