Founded in 1863 by Anthony HARDY, a London gentleman, and wine & spirits professional, the latter chose the French rooster as the emblem of his brand to pay tribute to his adopted homeland. The collaboration with DAUM and LALIQUE for the bottle, allows HARDY to perpetuate with the quality of its cognacs its status of the "HAUTE COUTURE" of Cognac.
