Lambay Island, less than five kilometres off the coast of Dublin, Ireland, is the home of LAMBAY Irish Triple Distilled Whiskeys, which are first aged in bourbon casks. Lambay's sea spray and winds bring notes of iodine, seaweed, and salt, skilfully balanced and enriched by the finish in CAMUS cognac casks selected for their rich flavours. The reduction with Trinity Well water, a spring on the island of Lambay, further completes the sweetness of these remarkable and atypical whiskeys.
