M&I for the duo Mathieu and Isabelle,

Mathieu has been a winegrower (farmer, as he says) for 5 generations, out of passion; and perfectly masters the cultivation of vines (and other crops, because he is also a cereal grower), winemaking, distillation, aging. This mastery has been recognized for many years by major cognac houses.

For years the idea of launching his own brand has tempted him. This will be the mission of Isabelle, who recently joined him in the adventure.

Citizen of the world (not from Charentais and strongly influenced by Asia), rather Cartesian, this one leaves her comfort zone (from her laboratory... because all the same, to sell bottles, you will have to go see people...) to develop this project with happiness.
